Gilroy Farmland Sold To South Bay Developer: Report

KT Urban, a Cupertino-based development company, paid $7.5 million for the property according to a published report.

GILROY, CA — The large Uesugi Farms site has been sold to a Bay Area development company according to a published report.

The 69-acre parcel that operated as a family farm for many years had been in the early stages of foreclosure, The San Jose Mercury News reports.

KT Urban, a Cupertino-based development company, paid $7.5 million for the property, the report said.
