Gilroy Waterline Project To Tie Up Streets Through Wednesday

Heavy equipment will be coming in and out of First Street and Wren Avenue this week, so the city may repair the waterline.

GILROY, CA — Construction of the First Street waterline is anticipated to be at the intersections of First Street and Wren Avenue through Wednesday.

The hours of the public works project are set for 8:30 a.m. 4:30 p.m. — with lane restrictions and detours put in place.

Motorists may expect delays and are advised to use alternate routes as heavy equipment is anticipated to monopolize the streets in that area.
