Police Blotter: Paranoid Man Attacks Victim With Glass

Monday
3:09 a.m. The suspect threw a punch at the victim, who is a bartender at the Longhouse Restaurant, and missed. The case was sent to the District Attorney’s office for review.

8:17 p.m. Cynthia Gallegos, 38, instructed her juvenile nephew to push a shopping cart full of merchandise out of the Walmart store and into the van that she was waiting in.Â
3:30 p.m. Miguel Pacheco was intoxicated, threw a coffee cup at the victim on West Eighth Street causing injury, and then inferred with her telephone call for help.Â

3:19 p.m. Joseph Luna was stopped in a vehicle in which he was a passenger on Maple Street and East Sixth Street. During a passenger compliance check, a bindle of methamphetamine and a glass pipe were located.
Friday
4:30 p.m. Unknown suspects smashed the victim’s window to her locked vehicle on Swanston Lane and attempted to steal the stereo’s faceplate. The suspect was scared off and left the items behind.
11:54 a.m. Regina Thomas agreed to a sex act in exchange for money. She was arrested.
7:30 a.m. Unknown suspects cut the pad lock on the conex box and stole tools and copper wiring from a construction site.
5:30 a.m. Victim was in a hotel room with two suspects. She was using the bathroom when one of the suspects, Alvaro Caldera, 34, entered and began making sexual advances on her. She was eventually raped while in the bathroom.
Thursday
10:47 a.m. The suspect suffers from paranoia schizophrenia and attacked the victim with glass, leaving a laceration on the victim’s head. The suspect was taken to Valley Medical Hospital for a mental health evaluation.
2:19 p.m. The first suspect parked the listed vehicle near the emergency exit of the Super Walmart while the second suspect exited the store with an HP computer.Â
12:00 p.m. On the listed date and time, the suspect punched and kicked the victim during an argument on Princevalle Street.
12:05 a.m. A woman parked her listed vehicle at the Super Walmart parking on Camino Arroyo. She was inside the store shopping for over six hours. Â When she returned to her vehicle, she discovered that it had been stolen by an unknown suspect.
