Shots Fired Outside Hill Bar, No One Reported Hurt
Morgan Hill officers responded to the gunfire at 1:44 a.m. Saturday but located no victims or suspects.

MORGAN HILL, CA -- Several shots were fired in downtown Morgan Hill early Saturday morning, but no one was reported injured by the gunfire, police said Monday.
Officers responded at 1:44 a.m. to the area of The Hill Bar & Grill at 17330 Monterey Road on a report of shots being fired. They arrived and determined there was a shooting but did not find a suspect or victim.
Investigators eventually determined that a dark-colored SUV was traveling through downtown and stopped near the front of the bar. After some kind of interaction between people in the SUV and several people standing on the sidewalk, someone in the vehicle pulled out a handgun and fired several shots, police said. A bullet struck a vehicle parked nearby but no one was reported injured. The SUV was last seen fleeing south on Monterey Road.
