Baseball: Glendora High Defeats Rancho Cucamonga 7-2

Glendora High School's baseball squad racked up a 7-2 victory over visiting Rancho Cucamonga on Friday in Baseline League play, and it was the kind of game Glendora coach Dan Henley called a must-win game, according to the San Gabriel Valley Tribune.

UCLA-bound pitcher Scott Burke and catcher Garrett Ouellette helped Glendora improve their record to 8-4 (3-2 in the league). Burke gave the Tartans six innings of work, giving up six hits but also striking out six hitters.
