Alleged Bathroom Peeper Caught At Citrus College: Police
A San Gabriel Valley man, and student at the college was allegedly hiding out in a women's restroom, police said.

GLENDORA, CA — A student was arrested after watching women in Citrus College bathroom stalls, according to police. The 25-year-old Philip Osuna, Covina, is currently on parole for an unrelated matter, police said. He was arrested Friday on suspicion of invasion of privacy, and was being held without bail, Tuesday, according to Glendora police Lt. Matt Williams.
The invasion of privacy law "applies to situations where a suspect peeks through a hole or an opening into an area someone is occupying in which a reasonable expectation of privacy exists," Williams said.
"Glendora Police Department personnel were relentless in their investigation efforts and worked tirelessly in the days following the incidents," he said. "Throughout this investigation, GPD detectives worked closely with Citrus College and their staff in an effort to identify victims and the suspect."
