Notice is hereby given that the Glendora Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing pursuant to Section 21.01.030 of the Glendora Municipal Code via Zoom Vide Communications.

Subject Property: 706 W. Route 66, Glendora, California (APN #8633-017-021)
Application Request: Conditional Use Permit (File #PLN21-0007) application to allow a vehicle drive-thru in conjunction with a new fast-food restaurant (Wendy’s) at the subject property. To accommodate the new restaurant, the project will involve removal of an existing commercial building (former “George’s Produce” site) and include various site improvements.

Environmental: CEQA Categorical Exemption is recommended for this project pursuant to Sections 15303 and 15332 of CEQA guidelines.
