GLENDORA, CA — Construction continues on the Foothill Gold Line segment from Glendora to Pomona, and a virtual community meeting will take place Wednesday to provide the public with an update on the project and to answer any questions.

The segment is part of an extension of the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority’s L Line, formerly the Gold Line, which runs through East Los Angeles and Azusa. Construction is scheduled to be completed sometime in 2025, with additional stations in Glendora, San Dimas, La Verne and Pomona, according to officials.

The project will ultimately extend the line into San Bernardino County, with a station in Montclair.
