TO THE MEMBERS OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDORA AND TO THE CITY CLERK:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council will conduct a meeting at 4:00 PM on Tuesday, May 11, 2021, in via Zoom Video Communications, meeting ID# cityofglendora.org/zoom or https://zoom.us/j/9329247224.
The purpose of said meeting is as follows:
UNFINISHED BUSINESS
1. Conduct Interviews and Appoint Applicants to fill vacancies on City Council appointed Boards/Commissions for terms that expire on June 30, 2021.
City RECOMMENDATION: 1) Conduct interviews and appoint representatives to fill expiring vacancies on Board of Library Trustees, Community Services Commission and Planning Commission; and 2) Direct staff to continue recruitment efforts and accepting applications for the Business Improvement District (BID) Advisory Board.
