City Manager Update - April 20, 2021

Actualizaciones del administrador de la ciudad - 20 de abril, 2021

The Council took the actions listed below at its April 20, 2021 meeting with follow‐up by staff shown in parentheses:

1) Proclaimed April 2021 as Friday Night Live Month (City Clerk)

2) Accepted the warrants list for the month of March 2021 (Finance)

3) Adopted a resolution establishing the job classification and salary schedule for a Maintenance Assistant position (Administrative Services)

4) Received and filed position letters for AB 1500, SB 9, SB 45, and SB 612 (City Clerk)

5) By motion, authorized the City Manager to sign a license agreement with the Regents of California for the Bioswale Education and Stewardship Training (BEaST) Pilot Project (Public Works)

6) Adopted a resolution adopting the Public Art Deaccessioning Policy which establishes clear guidelines regarding the removal or relocation of City owned public art (Administration)

7) Adjourned in memory of Gene Mullin
