Pumpkin Fest To Hold Planning Meeting With Non-Profits June 27

The Pumpkin Festival organizing committee will be holding its annual planning meeting with the festival's non-profit food and game booth vendors on Wednesday, June 27 at 7:30 pm at Cameron's Inn in the Gameroom.

The purpose of the meeting is to cover application procedures, discuss logistics and plans, go over insurance and health department paperwork and requirements, and field questions to ensure a well-coordinated, smooth and successful event for all.

The meeting is mandatory for non-profits that participated last year (and wish to participate again) and also open to those interested in applying for this year's festival.

The 2018 Pumpkin Festival will be held on October 13-14.
