Coronavirus In Hermosa Beach: 97 Cases

HERMOSA BEACH, CA — Health officials Wednesday reported 2,496 new COVID-19 cases across Los Angeles County along with 19 more deaths.

There are 97 reported cases in Hermosa Beach and two reported deaths, according to Los Angeles County health officials Wednesday.

The virus is spiking statewide, with Los Angeles County seeing record numbers for new coronavirus cases.

In Santa Monica, a worker at a Whole Foods Market on Montana Avenue tested positive for COVID-19.

In Culver City, eight police department employees also tested positive.
