Crafty Minds Brews + Bites Opens In Hermosa Beach

HERMOSA BEACH, CA — The Hermosa Beach Chamber of Commerce performed a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the grand opening of new gastropub Crafty Minds Brews + Bites last week.

Andrew Ritchie, owner of Crafty Minds Brews + Bites, has created something unique with eclectic coastal décor and playful entrée names, the Chamber of Commerce press release said. Chef Rahm Fama, of Food Network fame, designed a menu of small plates called "runts," in addition to staples like burgers and flatbreads, that patrons can enjoy with a variety of wines and 16 craft beers on tap.

"This was a beautiful kick off to summer! Our time was spent on the outdoor patio enjoying a variety of tastings from the delicious menu. Many of our guests exclaimed they would return," said Maureen Hunt, President/CEO of the Chamber.

Hunt and Chamber of Commerce staff performed the ribbon cutting ceremony, and Chamber Board members Andrea Jacobsson, Rick Koenig and Kathy Dunbabin attended to give their support. Jake Ridout, representing Assemblymember Al Muratsuchi, also presented a congratulatory certificate, the press release said.

Crafty Minds Brews + Bites is located at 1031 Hermosa Avenue in Hermosa Beach.
