Daylight Saving Time: Losing an Hour
You know the routine: Spring forward and Fall back.

The time has come today to spring forward an hour. Daylight Saving Time started at 2 a.m. Sunday morning.
Hermosans received 60 minutes less sleep, but will gain an extra hour of sunlight at the end of every day as clocks move forward and push back the time of sunset.
Don't forget to manually change the clocks around your home, in your car or on your microwave.

And you might as well double check that your cell phone and computer clocks have made the leap (you'll be glad you did.)
While Californians make the switch from standard time, as well as the rest of the United States, Hawaii and most of Arizona do not, as well as Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam and the Northern Marianas.
