Friends of the Parks present Pets in the Park

Join us for a day that celebrates the special pets in your Family!

Hermosa Beach Friends of the Parks presents PETS IN THE PARK on Saturday, April 16, 2016. Registration begins at 9:30 and the event continues until 1 pm. Cost is $10 per Family which includes a re-useable bag filled with pet samples and coupons. The event is open to all South Bay residents. Pets in the Park will take place in Valley Park @2521 Valley Drive. This beloved program has been a local favorite and is growing. If your pet needs a checkup or vaccination, the Concierge Mobile Animal Hospital will be offering discounted shots- no appointment necessary. If you haven’t registered your pet with the city, you will have the opportunity to get them licensed with no penalty. Want to be a responsible pet owner but not sure of all Hermosa Beach laws? We will have a Hermosa Beach Community Services Officer available to answer your questions and the esteemed Dr. Alice Villalobos will be on hand to share her Pet-etiquette tips with you. If you are looking for a companion, on-site adoptions for cats, dogs and bunnies will be available. We are thrilled that Peter Zippi Foundation, Gone to the Dogs Rescue, Golden Retriever Rescue of Greater Los Angeles and Too Many Bunnies will participating in the event.
