Katey Sagal to Perform with New Band in Hermosa Beach

HERMOSA BEACH, CA -- Katey Sagal, known for her iconic role as Peg Bundy on "Married with Children" or Gemma Teller Morrow on "Sons of Anarchy," will be performing with her new band in Hermosa Beach this weekend.

Before Segal was known as an actor, she had a long career in music as a backup singer for Etta James, Bon Dylan and Bette Midler. Even as her acting career took off, Segal's heart was still in music.

“All those years I had a band and I would play on the weekends,” Sagal told the Beach Reporter. “I think for the first five years I was an actor I thought, 'Oh, this will go away. This isn't really what I do.'”

On Sunday, Segal and her band, The Reluctant Apostles, will perform at Saint Rocke, 142 Pacific Coast Highway.
