Man Arrested For Alleged Public Masturbation In Hermosa Beach
Hermosa Beach police are asking the public to report any suspicious or criminal activity by the suspect.
HERMOSA BEACH, CA – Hermosa Beach police arrested a 28-year-old last week for lewd conduct, police announced Tuesday. HBPD officers responded to South Park Friday around 2:50 p.m. regarding a male that was masturbating, the press release said.
Scott Ross Parker, 28, was arrested and booked at the Hermosa Beach Police Department.
"Due to multiple contacts and prior arrests, the HBPD is requesting that the public call 911 or (310) 524-2750 to report suspicious or criminal activity of Parker," police said.
