New Apartment Complex Opens In Hermosa Beach

HERMOSA BEACH, CA — A brand new apartment complex is now open in Hermosa Beach. The Hermosa Beach Chamber of Commerce performed a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the grand opening of 350 Hermosa on Feb. 27.

Michael Stamolis, owner of 350 Hermosa, built the 12-unit complex with modern finishes such as white oak vinyl flooring throughout, white shaker cabinets and stainless steel Frigidaire appliances in the kitchens, as well as floating vanities and Italian tile in the bathrooms, the news release said.

"This was such a beautiful kick off to the year! Our time was spent in the newly renovated 350 Hermosa complex, meeting all of the people who made this project possible," Maureen Hunt, President/CEO of the Chamber, said.

The ribbon-cutting was combined with the Chamber's monthly mixer, so the evening "provided double the fun and festivities," the Chamber of Commerce news release said. Hunt and Chamber staff performed the ribbon-cutting ceremony, and Chamber Board members Bob Jones, Rick Koenig and Kathy Dunbabin were also in attendance.
