REMAX Realtor, Devra Zandell, Honored Top 100 Real Estate Agent

Devra Zandell of RE/MAX Hermosa Beach was honored once again in the RE/MAX Top 100 Producing Realtors in Southern California which recognizes highly successful real estate agents within the RE/MAX network. Out of 650+ Southern Californian agents, Devra received the 73rd spot for the Top Producer designation year-to-date. She covers the South Bay and specifically, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach, Manhattan Beach, Torrance and the surrounding areas. She is a member of NAR, CAR, SBoR and has an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.

Zandell has been serving her community as a local real estate agent for more than 14 years and has extensive experience in the local housing market. She specializes in the South Bay residential market, prepping homes for sale, and is an excellent negotiator, often earning thousands above asking price for her clients.

Throughout her real estate career, Zandell has accomplished many industry successes, including Top Producer status regularly at RE/MAX Estate Properties, as well as, receiving the Platinum Achievement Award for the real estate industry. In addition, Zandell volunteers with Shriners Children Hospital & Project Needs here in the South Bay which helps give food and clothing to those in need.
