3. Q: What makes you the leader in your field?
A: Our dedication and strong customer service is our priority. You get a free car wash and a free loner car every time we service your Subaru.
We are all from South Bay and we treat customers like family because they are.
4. Q: What is the best thing about driving a Subaru?
A: I get the feeling of freedom when I drive a Subaru. The ability to go anywhere, anytime, any place. I can throw my bikes in and just go. It’s a vehicle that’s really an extension of who I am as an individual.
Another cool thing about Subaru is that it’s the only manufacturer in the country that is a zero-waste manufacturer, meaning that no waste from the factory goes to a landfill.Â
You alone will throw away more trash in a year than the Subaru factory will in a year. It’s nice to represent a company that’s so dedicated to environmentalism and sustainability.
5. Q: What is your favorite thing about the South Bay?
A: I’m a triathlete, so the opportunity to do so many different activities is huge for me. You can swim and surf in the morning, then in afternoon you can go up to the mountains and go hiking, snowboarding or skiing. Weather is perfect for outdoorsy stuff, and here in the South Bay you have access to so much.
6. Q: Why did you choose the South Bay to open your business?
A: I grew up in the South Bay. I graduated from Mira Costa and USC. I’ve lived in the South Bay my whole life and have been close with Mike Sullivan and the LAcarGUY family since I was a kid. Opening this dealership in the South Bay was a no-brainer for me. I love it here.
And apart from that, there was a void here for Subaru owners. There hasn’t been a Subaru dealership in the South Bay for 15 years. Our South Bay customers no longer have to drive for hours to the nearest dealer because we’re right in their backyard.
7. Q: If you could say anything to the Southbay residents, what would it be?
A: Come check us out! We’re located on the west side of PCH, between Artesia and Manhattan Beach Boulevard. Bring your dog!
8. Q: Do you play volleyball?
A: For fun on the beach in the summer. You have to when you live in the beach volleyball capital of the world!
9. Q: How are you making the South Bay a better place to live and be?
A: We have such a strong culture of community involvement within the LAcarGUY family of dealerships, and we want to continue that at Subaru Pacific. Specifically with animal rescue, ASPCA, environmentally friendly practices, sponsoring the U.S. Ski Team, AIDS Ride, etc.
We recently partnered with Leadership Manhattan Beach to help create a sustainable garden in front of the MB Post office.
10. Q: Favorite place to drive your Subaru?
A: I love going on road trips to Mammoth with my family and friends in the winter. All of our Subarus are all-wheel drive so you don’t have to pull over and put chains on.
