3 Suspects At Large In Highland Park Slaying
A 28-year-old man was shot to death near Ash Street and North Avenue 56 Tuesday, and three suspects fled the scene.
HIGHLAND PARK, — Three suspects who fled after one of them shot and killed a man in Highland Park remain at large Thursday.
Alex Ramirez, 28, of Los Angeles, died at the scene of the shooting, which occurred about 5 p.m. Tuesday near Ash Street and North Avenue 56, according to the coroner's office and the Los Angeles Police Department.
According to police, three men about 20 years old got into an altercation with the victim and one of them pulled out a handgun and shot him. No further descriptions of the suspects or the getaway vehicle were released.
