First amendment

First amendment is not free. It has to be fought for every day

I was maliciously prosecuted by Divine Saviour Catholic Church, 90065, LAPD Northeast Detectives, and Los Angeles City Attorney prosecutor for a crime I did not commit. Churchmembers lied. A jury found me not guilty. Churchmembers took me to court twice to shut me up. Twice, they lost. Why? Because I protest their noisy amplified sound system that blasts their bullhorns into my home 10 times a day every day. Yet, LAPD and the Los Angeles City Attorney REFUSE to do anything about the church noise.

Liars lost. Bullies lost. First amendment is NOT free. It has to be fought for every day. Susan Rocha
