LA River Center Hosts Friendsgiving Tonight
The event promises free food and drink, and a chance to meet your neighbors.
Looking for an opportunity to meet and mingle with your neighbors while enjoying some free food and libations? The Los Angeles River Corp. is hosting a "Friendsgiving" dinner on Wednesday, Nov. 14 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at their office on 570 W. Ave. 26.
The open house, which will be held in the Studio Arts building, promises free food and libations from LA-based home-brewers Dry Rivery Brewing.
LA River Corp. is also a planning a bake-off, with a golden spatula and "eternal bragging rights" promised to the baker of the best entry.
