Land For Sale in Highland Park Raises Potential Overdevelopment Concerns
Do you share a neighboring resident's concerns of Burwood-type small-lot development?
A plot of land in Highland Park recently sold and described by Redfin.com as an "excellent location, close to freeways, shopping, markets, and transportation," has at least one nearby hilltop resident worried that it might "turn into another Burwood small-lot development."
Located west of Figueroa Street and north of Meridian, the plot comprise two adjoining lots and the buyer is expected to "perform his own inspection as to City requirements," according to the Refdin ad, which can be viewed here.
