New Looks Coming to HPK, Mia Sushi

Rudy Martinez, local restaurant owner, is looking to revamp HPK and Mia Sushi.

Rudy Martinez, owner of Highland Park Kitchen, confirmed on Tuesday that a new look is coming to the York Boulevard restaurant.

As reported on Eater L.A. Monday, a Public Notice of Application for Ownership Change was posted on HPK's window Monday. The new owner is listed as Apophenia LLC.

Martinez, who spoke outside the restaurant on Tuesday, said that he would remain involved with the restaurant, despite the pending ownership change. He said HPK would be getting a whole new look and a new chef.
