Who is above the law? No one should be. Not an organization, business or person. Yet LAPD and the Los Angeles City Attorney claim there is a business that is "Exempt" from the law. But yet that is NOT true. The law is being twisted and misinterpeted.
Los Angeles City Attorney claims "churches" are exempt from noise laws. However, the way the law is written "churches" are NOT exempt from noise laws. They are twisting and misinterpeting the law.
No one is above the law or exempt from the law including any business (which includes churches).
