Chris Brown is leaving Hollywood for Malibu, according to TMZ.

The celebrity news website reported, "Chris wrote an offer on a house in Malibu in an exclusive, gated community where a bunch of other high profile celebrities live."

A story in the Los Angeles Times said the R&B singer emerged from a Malibu rehab center Thursday after two weeks of treatment for alleged anger management issues.

Brown bought his Lake Hollywood home in October 2011 for $1.55 million. The West Hollywood condo Brown lived in before moving to Hollywood is still listed on Zillow for $1.69 million.
