Jared Leto Lists Hollywood Hills Pad for $1.65 Million

Academy Award winning actor Jared Leto is selling his Hollywood Hills home, according to Realtor.com

HOLLYWOOD HILLS, CA -- Academy Award winner Jared Leto has listed his home in the Cahuenga Pass area of Hollywood Hills, says Variety. Asking price? Just a shade under $2 million.

The 4,021-square-feet home, which Leto purchased in 2006 for $1.65 million, sits on a quarter-acre lot that’s walled and gated, according to Realtor.com.

The listing states the property is prime for either a remodel or expansion. The home has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, including two master suites and a slate-tiled bathroom. The current median list price in the 90068 ZIP code is $1.5 million, so this “mini-estate” is just a bit over the average price.

The home features hardwood floors in the public spaces, including the living room, formal dining room, and kitchen. A recording studio sits next to the family room, which has a wet bar. The exterior features tropical landscaping, pool, spa, fire pit, and grilling station.

You may have heard that a couple of years ago Leto bought a Laurel Canyon complex, a former military film studio spreading over 50,000 square feet. At the time of the $5 million, off-market purchase, the property included eight bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, and several kitchens.
