Actor Sacha Baron Cohen is selling his Hollywood Hills West home for $2,595,000, according to AOL Real Estate. 

The home, located at 2950 Okean Place, had been rented out at $10,995 a month, the Los Angeles Times reported.

The 2,806-square-foot Mid-Century pad was fully renovated in 2004. The home has three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, as well as a "guest suite," according to the listing. Other features include a river-rock fireplace, lagoon-style pool and outdoor gym.
