With a line of cars spilling into 12th Street Burger King at 1130 Palm Ave. reopened this week.
The old Burger King closed in fall 2011.
A new lease was signed in May 2013 but did not reopen until renovations of outdated locations required by Burger King could take place.
Nearby McDonald's also plans renovation.
