Code Word: People of Color
When politicians are asked about benefits for the Black & Indigenous communities they pivot to the term 'people of Color'. Every time.
‘People of Color’ or ‘POC’ is a term currently promoted by the media and in political circles. To white people, POC gives the impression that it’s comprised of ‘everyone that’s not white’, but that is an illusion. POC does not include Black and Indigenous people.
The POC category is comprised of immigrants from countries where systemic racism is considered culturally appropriate and in some cases so engrained into the cultures that they use a caste system based on skin color to legally oppress people with dark skin.
Kamala Harris is promoted as a POC because her parents are from Jamaica and India, but what is not stated is that both sides of Harris’ family are members their Countries’ oppressive class.

Harris’ mother, Shyamala Gopalan, was a Tamil Brahmin, part of a privileged elite in Hinduism’s ancient caste hierarchy. Harris’ family holds high ranking military positions.
Donald Harris’ family are proudly the descendants of Slave Owner Hamilton Brown and while they are mixed with black, they are part of the upper class of blacks in Jamaica that oppress the masses. Harris’ father was teaching in Berkley in 1972, but had no affiliation with the Black Panthers Organization.

The Biden/Harris ticket was a big red flag that the Democrat Party would continue the same militarization against the citizens and oppression of the Black and Native Communities. Now that the election is over the Dems are working hard to suppress the Black Lives Matter and Defund the Cops movements.
On December 8, 2020, USA President and VP Elect Joe Biden and Kamala Harris met with numerous leaders in the Black Community. Biden was hostile and degrading as he complained to black people that white people were becoming a minority in the United States. Biden then tells these Black ‘leaders’ that systemic racism will be continued by “the Hispanics” and the Black Communities have no choice but to accept their ‘place’.
“..By 2020 the United States will be minority white European - and you guys are going to have to start working more with Hispanics.."
‘You guys’ meaning the Black Community. ‘Hispanics’ meaning POCs from Central & South American Countries where oppression of the black and native populations is engrained into their culture. And every Black person in the Americas knows from experience that “working more with Hispanics’ means accepting that the systemic racism established by white people will be continue by the POCs.
In Mexico humans are divided into three categories; Europeans, Indigenous, and Africans. The Mexican caste system is further broken down based on a person’s percentage of European, Indigenous, or African blood. The more black and indigenous blood, the lower a person is on the caste system. The Catholic Church designates the caste at the baptismal to bless or curse the child for life. Mexico is so racist that Black People were not even included in Mexico’s census until 2016.
From the northern ice sheet to the tip of Argentina; Native and Black communities live under systems of government brutalization and oppression. In ever community and country throughout North, Central and South America the Black and Indigenous people live in poverty and oppression.
Even seemingly peaceful Canada brutalizes their Black and Indigenous people. Indigenous people are 10 times more likely to be murdered by police than white Canadians. In August, 2019, the Ontario Human Rights Commission published a report on racial discrimination by the Toronto Police Department:
“And though they make up less than a tenth of Toronto's population, Black people were almost four times more likely to be charged than White people and seven times more likely than other races.”
In 2006 the World Bank estimated that Latin America contained 28 million Indigenous people and 150 million people from African decent. This makes the black population five times larger than the indigenous population and the largest marginalized racial or ethnic group on the Continent.
There are 80 million people of African decent in Brazil, which is the largest black population in Latin America. The Black Community makes up 40% of Brazil’s population, but only 20% of the GDP. Unemployment among Afro-Brazilians is 50% higher than whites. Blacks who are employed earn less than half of what a white person earns.
Columbia’s population is 10% Black, which is the second largest black population in South America. Less than 3.4 percent of Colombians classify themselves as Indigenous. Over 85% of Columbia’s population classify themselves as white or ‘Mestizo’, which means they claim a white bloodline.
Ndagire Brendah published an article documenting Columbia’s oppression of the black and native communities and he wrote that “..most of the overt racism that black and indigenous Colombians face emerges out of the mestizo population..”
An Inter-American Development report calculated that Brazil and other Latin American economies could expand by over one third, if Black and Indigenous people were fully included in the workforce of their nations, and the same could be said for the United States. Reducing law enforcement budgets and investing the money into the black and indigenous communities will create long-term economic prosperity, but the overall problem of systemic racism must still be addressed.
Racism based on skin color and/or ancestry was established in the Americas centuries ago by European Invaders and the Christian Religion, but was boosted after WWII with the influx of high ranking military and government officials from German and Italian fascist regimes were allowed to relocate in South America and avoid prosecution for their war crimes.
And although Germans were hunted down and held accountable for their war crimes; to this day not one Italian from Mussolini’s murderous rampage through Africa and the Balkans has been held accountable. To this day Italy has not paid one penny of reparations nor has it even admitted any wrongdoing.
In 2001 Rory Carroll wrote an article in The Guardian titled: ‘Italy’s bloody secret’ where Rory documented Italy’s warcrimes and how European Countries and the USA’s conspiracy prevented Yugoslavia, Greece, Albania, Ethiopia, and Libya from having the same warcrime tribunals and sentencing that was imposed on Germany.
And what is the one difference in the people murdered by Hitler’s Fascist Germany and the people murdered by Mussolini’s Fascist Italy? Skin color.
Listen to politicians talk. When politicians are asked about anything that will directly benefit the Black and Indigenous communities they pivot to the term ‘people of color’. Every time.
As a white person, I didn’t catch the code word. I didn’t realize that not one politician will actually say they will enact measures that will directly benefit the Black and Indigenous communities. It was the Black Media that pointed out to me how politicians refuse to say they will directly help the Black and Indigenous communities. On his recent book tour former U.S. President Barack Obama was pressed multiple times to simply say out loud that the Democrat party would do ‘one little thing’ that would directly benefit the black community and, to his credit, Obama wouldn’t even lie. He just evaded the questions and spewed out the same ‘POC’ and ‘tides rise all boats’ rhetoric.
The industry behind the oppression of the black and indigenous communities is so powerful that politicians dare not speak a word against it. Politicians won’t even lie and fake debate the issue like they do with ‘green new deal’ or ‘medicaid for all’. They deflect all direct questions about help for the black community by listing all they plan to do for the POCs, which excludes the black and native communities.
Now that the election is over the POC’s appear to be working very hard to help stop the Black Lives Matter and Defund the Police movements. The Democratic Party has publicly stated multiple times that it does not support the Defund the Police Movement and has even blamed the Defund the Police movement for Biden barely winning the election, which is a lie.
While the push to Defund the Cops and for the Federal Government to provide a type of ‘Marshall Plan’ for Black and Indigenous communities continues; those that have designated themselves ‘People of Color’ should focus their work towards eradicating systemic racism in their own home countries and within their own communities in the United States.
