Halloween Carnival at YMCA Camp Surf

Free community event takes place at Camp Surf (560 Silver Strand Blvd.) on Oct. 31, 5-7pm

The Halloween spirit comes alive for Imperial Beach and Coronado residents at YMCA Camp Surf. The 21st Annual Halloween Carnival will be held on Thursday, Oct. 31, 2019 from 5:00-7:00 pm, giving families a place to connect with each other and have fun together. This event features classic “carnival” style games in addition to fun activities such as a bounce house, archery and even a spooky tunnel of terror! The free community event takes place in Imperial Beach at Camp Surf (560 Silver Strand Blvd.)

Additionally, this year marks the 50th anniversary of the founding of YMCA Camp Surf. “We are celebrating more than our golden anniversary. We are celebrating 50 years of making a difference in the San Diego community,” said Zayanne Thompson, Executive Manager for YMCA Camp Surf.” “Events like the Halloween Carnival are ways for us to show that we are a focal point in our community, providing a welcoming environment for kids where they can connect with others and have fun.”
