La Jolla Firm Spends $1.35 M on IB Apartments

An Emory Street apartment building was sold to a La Jolla firm for $1.35 million, in cash, according to the San Diego Daily Transcript.

Pio Pico 3050 LLC, on Miramar Avenue in La Jolla 92037 bought the nine-unit building at 710-26 Emory last month from Barzal and Scotti Sandpiper LP. 

The building last sold nearly five years ago, as part of a package with two other  area apartment properties, for $3.95 million, according to the report.

The other two properties were eight units at 983-987 Donax Ave. and eight units at 1001-1015 Calla Ave. The other properties alos have been sold. One in the 900 block of Donax Avenue, went for $1.23 million and another in the 1000 block of Calla Avenue sold for $1.19 million.
