Snow Report for Big Bear, Wrightwood and Mammoth Mountain

This weekend offers the best of both worlds: A thick base of snow underneath sunny skies and mild temperatures or fresh powder falling all around you.

Southern California’s ski resorts have anywhere from one foot to nearly six feet bases with sunny skies forecast for Saturday and daytime temperatures in the high 40s and low 50s. That will change on Sunday with a 90 percent chance of fresh snow - between five to eight inches of it.

Mammoth is expecting light snowfall all weekend long.
