Call for Art - Chilao - Postponed
Two locations in the Angeles National Forest offer artists a public venue for relevant works

Redbird, a Native American and environmental non profit foundation, is pleased to announce a call for art for two locations in the Angeles National Forest. There is no fee to submit. All artists are welcome to submit appropriate works for consideration.
These two locations - the US Forest Service Chilao Visitors Center (VIS) and Newcomb's Ranch Bar and Restaurant, are both high traffic public locations which seek art that is relevant to their audience, including families with young children. The VIS specifically seeks works that illustrate, either literally or thematically, the forest itself; the landscape, the flora and fauna of the Chilao region.
Newcomb's Ranch accepts work that includes Angeles Crest Highway and surrounding highways and embraces the motor culture as well as local nature and wildlife art.
