Girls' Softball: La Canada Defeats Temple City

Five innings of domination fueled the La Canada High School softball team's 9-5 win against Temple City, according to a report in the La Canada Valley Sun.

The Spartans carried a seven-run advantage that was cut to four before Olivia Lam's two-run double closed the door on the victory.

The win keeps LCHS in first place, and they are undefeated in Rio Hondo league play, the Valley Sun reports. The Spartans face San Marino Thursday at 3:30 p.m.
