Hitting the apex at the Highway 2 track day

The April 25 event brought lots of smiles and good experience for motorcycle riders. Next Highway 2 track day is Sunday, June 13.

The Highway 2 Track Day on Horse Thief Mile at Willow Springs International Raceway can be summarized in one word...fun.

The fun has an underlying purpose, and that is to offer riders of all skill levels an opportunity to practice and enjoy canyon riding conditions with all the traffic going in the same direction.

All skill lelves and motorcycle types are welcome, and those with less experience at canyon riding - the C group - can enjoy one on one instruction and mentoring from professional riders and racers at no additional cost. And that kind of knowledge...the that keeps you safe on the highway... is priceless.

The track day is hosted by Chilao School, a former La Canada Unified School District elementary school located in the heart of the Angeles National Forest, now owned and operated by the non profit group Redbird.

First time track riders are welcome to this friendly, unpretentious gathering of like-minded two wheel enthusiasts.
