Two Injured When Truck Plunges off Angeles Forest Highway
Pickup falls about 300 feet down an embankment.

A pickup truck plunged as many as 300 feet down an embankment on the Angeles Forest Highway above La Canada Flintridge Thursday afternoon, injuring two people inside the vehicle.
The crash happened around 4:30 p.m. near the intersection of Angeles Crest Highway, according to the California Highway Patrol.

Two people with moderate injuries were rescued by Los Angeles County firefighters, the CHP reported.
