City of Laguna Beach Asks For Input on New Website Design
Whether you visit our site once a year or every day, please take our anonymous survey at www.lagunabeachcity.net/website

We need your ideas, thoughts, and criticisms. Really! We're redesigning the City of Laguna Beach's website so it works better for YOU. Whether you visit our site once a year or every day, please take our anonymous survey at www.lagunabeachcity.net/website
Be as specific as you can: What drives you nuts? What would you like to do online that you can't? What do you wish were easier to find? We can't promise to do it all, but with your help, we'll build a website that serves your needs better. Share the link and ask friends and neighbors to take the survey too, because the more input we have, the more clearly we can see what needs to be improved.
“This survey will give us valuable information,” said Jennifer Chapman, Digital Communications Coordinator for the City of Laguna Beach. “We’re working with a talented UX (User Experience) Team to collect hard data about how people use the current website: page hits, clicks, and other quantitative stats. This survey adds personal opinions and suggestions to the mix, so we can build a new website that give our users what they want and need.”

- The survey is short, just ten questions, and has a few places for users to make suggestions.
- It’s anonymous.
- The part you included in the newsletter is important -- We can't promise to do it all, but with your help, we'll build a website that serves your needs better.
“We are working with a talented team of designers eager to hear from people who actually use the site. Let us know what you think needs to be improved. From site content to navigation, or even just what you wish were easier – we want to know what you think,” Chapman said.
