Coyote Grill Serves Laguna Beach Delicious Fare, Groceries To-Go

The Mexican restaurant in the heart of Laguna Beach is providing a service to their patrons. Traditional food, drinks & grocery basics.

LAGUNA BEACH, CA — The Coyote Grill, along with other essential restaurant businesses across the southland, has made a change in the way they do business to combat the coronavirus shutdown.

In a time that residents are doing their best to make as few outings as possible, the Coyote Grill has become a favorite "one-stop-shop."

In March, the grill changed their hours, opening at 10 a.m. during the week, and at 8 a.m. Saturdays and Sundays. They are offering takeout only, but have added market items to their menu.

The Mexican restaurant, along with its varied menu, is also selling marinated carne asada, boneless chicken breast, eggs, shredded cheese, a variety of fresh vegetables and fruit, wine, beer, Margarita mix, Bloody Mary mix, and paper products.

Patrons love the idea. Tanya Mitchell explained over facebook that the grill has "fresher food than the supermarkets."

Manager Desiree Gomez wrote that they are selling food that is used in the restaurant, passing on bulk-food savings to their customers.

Another benefit? The first 50 customers a week who spend $50 or more are entered to win a $50 gift card.
