Heavy traffic on Laguna Canyon Road nad inbound El Toro Road was stalled due to a collision, police say.
LAGUNA BEACH, CA — Heavy traffic was reported both inbound and outbound of Laguna Beach due to a crash, police say.
Traffic was stalled northbound on Laguna Canyon Road, and inbound El Toro Road, according to Laguna Beach Police Sgt. James Cota.
East bound El Toro Road traffic was shut down for approximately 30 minutes, expected to reopen by 10 a.m.
