Laguna Beach Animal Shelter Reopens Tuesday
The Laguna Beach Animal Shelter was closed for business on Monday, the city reported.
LAGUNA BEACH, CA —The city of Laguna Beach alerted residents that the Laguna Beach Pet Shelter was closed for business on Monday. It will reopen as scheduled on Tuesday morning.
The city of Laguna Beach announced the closure, following a weekend of animal adoptions.
If you have immediate stray pet needs, contact the Laguna Beach Police Department, the shelter said in a recorded message.
Over the weekend, multiple animals were adopted at the shelter, including a favored fluffy gray and white cat lovingly known to staff as "Zorro."

"The best was saved until last," they wrote on Facebook, "handsome, friendly, sweet, fluffy Zorro finally got scooped up! His new mom and dad will love and spoil him like he so deserves."
