Laguna Beach Journalist Cindy Frazier Dies
The Coastline Pilot city editor succumbed to pancreatic cancer Wednesday morning. She was 60.
The Coastline Pilot announced today that city editor Cindy Frazier passed away this morning, Wednesday, after a battle with pancreatic cancer. She was 60.
"Cindy was fiercely loyal to Laguna Beach," said Times Community News South editor John Canalis, in a story posted today on the paper's website. "She championed her staff, freelancers and columnists and took great pride in serving as a community editor. Our entire staff is grieving today."
Frazier, who worked at the Coastline Pilot for over seven years, is survived by her longtime partner and family members. A local memorial service is being planned, the story says.
