Laguna Beach Police Arrest Woman Driving Stolen Car

At 11:30 am, officers spotted a stolen 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser driving through downtown. They followed the vehicle to a less populated area and made a traffic stop on Laguna Canyon Road near the 73 toll road.  The female driver complied with the officers instructions and was taken into custody for auto theft.

Officers quickly recognized the driver as being Michele Lynn Frazier.  Frazier previously led Laguna Beach Officers on a pursuit in December 28, 2012.  In that incident, she was driving a stolen 2012 Dodge Journey and was arrested for auto theft, evading peace officers, and driving while unlicensed.  She pled guilty to the charges and was placed on three years probation.

Arrestee: Michele Lynn Frazier is a 28 year old Laguna Beach resident.

Today Frazier was arrested for:
1) Auto Theft
2) Driving while unlicensed
3) $26,000 warrant for grand theft out of Los Angeles
4) No Bail felony warrant for violating probation
