Laguna Beach Pride! 365 Announces 'A Summer Of Pride!'
Pride 2021 commences this weekend, with Pride on the Promenade all day Saturday, June 26th, as party central.

LAGUNA BEACH—June is well established as Pride Month. But due to COVID-related uncertainty, Laguna Beach's own Pride! 365 had to put off throwing its annual Pride fest on the first weekend in June. But don't worry. The celebration is on the calendar, and will continue all summer long.
Four featured happenings make up the Summer of Pride over the next four months:
In June, it's Gay Day Laguna/Pride Weekend (much more on that below).

Paddle with Pride gets on the water July 10.
August 10 is set for Pride Beach Party at Camel Point, a.k.a. West Street (where else?).

And the End of Summer White Dance Party will be held September 11th at Seven Degrees.
Pride on the Promenade kicks off the summer celebrations this Saturday, June 26, from noon to 10 p.m. Gather, see, be seen, shop, imbibe, catch up with old friends, imbibe some more, make new friends, eat lunch, visit galleries, snack, eat dinner, shop some more .... Has dancing been ruled out? Hopefully, dancing is allowed on the Promenade on Forest.
Of course, the night before isn't without fanfare.
A special edition of Friday happy hour at Harley Laguna Beach has been dubbed "Happy Hour Pride Kickoff Party." Chef/owner Greg Daniels is providing bites from 5-6 p.m., and mixing 8 special Pride cocktails for sale until 7 p.m. Show up for the hospitality—and to enter the White Party Ticket Raffle for a chance to win tickets to the ball at summer's end.
Sunday Drag Bingo Brunch is back at the Royal Hawaiian, just in time to finish off the weekend and set the tone for Summer of Pride. Hosted by the one and only Eudora, the raucous games begin at 11 a.m. and end at 2 p.m. Prizes are plentiful, with bingo cards only $3 for 5.
All proceeds from card sales go to Laguna Beach Pride 365, "the year-round organization that promotes the cultural diversity of Laguna Beach and the LGBTQ community."
And, of course, they are the party planners for Summer of Pride.
Reservations for bingo are a must, but can only be made by telephone (949) 715-1470. Don't even attempt it online; can't be done. All ages are welcome, though anyone under 17 must be accompanied by an adult.
