LAGUNA BEACH, CA — Mark Cuban, the legendary billionaire "Shark" and owner of the Dallas Mavericks, has purchased his West Coast home in Laguna Beach for a $19 million price tag. Sealing the deal for less than the asking price of $26 million when initially listed in January of 2018, Cuban's new digs are worth every penny.
The mansion, located in the prestigious Montage enclave, was on the market for just under one year before Cuban made an offer they couldn't refuse, according to Realtor.com.
"The Montage Residences are perfect for the discriminating buyer. All owners have access to multiple amenities from the adjacent Montage Laguna Beach," says listing agent John Stanaland of Villa Real estate.
