Lucas Saxe Remembered By Family, Friends, Colleagues
The Three Arch Bay resident and co-founder of Aliso Viejo-based GlobalOne Pet died in August. He was 58.
LAGUNA BEACH, CA — A memorial fund has been established for Three Arch Bay resident, Lucas Saxe, co-founder of Aliso Viejo based GlobalOne Pet. Saxe, 58, passed away Aug. 11 after multiple health complications.
He is survived by his wife, Beth, daughters Sydney and Tessa, and his brother, Peter Saxe.
“Although his family was the pride and joy of his life, he was also a devoted and successful businessman and community leader,” officials said. “Lucas entered the pet industry in 1994 and with his loved friend and business partner, Michael Farmer, Lucas co-founded three successful companies in the pet products industry. He was also an integral member of his community of Three Arch Bay in Laguna Beach.”

Saxe was diagnosed with Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis in 2017, and received a double lung transplant in 2018. The Lucas Saxe Memorial Fund has been made in his honor to the clinic that assisted in lengthening his quality of life. It will raise funds in support of pulmonary fibrosis research and education.
One day before he passed away, he and his wife celebrated their 35th wedding anniversary, according to reports.
