New Art Installations Bring Sea-Life Look To City Hall
From an octopus topped telephone booth to a shiny sea of shark migrations, Laguna Beach has a call to action for artists & their message.

LAGUNA BEACH, CA — The Arts Commission invited the public to attend the dedications for new temporary sculptures by local artists Jeffrey Skarvan and Casey Parlette on Friday, May 7, 2021, at 3:30 p.m.
The event started at the Red Phone Booth on Forest Avenue with the dedication of "Call to Action" by Jeffrey Skarvan.
The Commissioners then walked to the lawn of City Hall to dedicate "Shark Migration" by Casey Parlette.
