No Trick-or-Treating on Oak Street in Laguna Beach This Year

The Oak Street/Brooks Street Halloween event will not be occurring on October 31.

Due to COVID-19 and state health guidelines that discourage large groups of non-related people from congregating in close proximity to each other, the Laguna Beach City Council voted earlier this year not to close Oak Street and Brooks Street on October 31, 2020 for the annual Halloween event. Usually the street is closed to allow for trick-or-treating.

Since the Oak Street/Brooks Street Halloween event will not be occurring on October 31, the City asks that the public respect the residents that live on those two streets by staying away this year.
