Ren and Stimpy Creator Appearing at LCAD

The creator of Ren and Stimpy will be making a special appearance this week in Laguna Beach.

On Thursday, Dec. 5 from 6-9 p.m. during Laguna Beach’s First Thursday Art Walk, fans of The Ren and Stimpy Show will have the rare chance to meet the show’s iconoclastic animator, John Kricfalusi, at Laguna College of Art and Design’s downtown gallery, the college announced.

The Art of John K, an exhibition of original drawings, stills, storyboards, animation cels, dolls and more curated by LCAD Chair of Animation, Dave Kuhn, John K’s Assistant, Arualyn When and LCAD’s Gallery Director, Andrea Harris-McGee, will be on view through Dec. 28.

LCAD on Forest is located at 225 Forest Ave.
